Amendments

From time to time changes might be necessary.  Perhaps a new study has been conducted that gives more detail in an area, demographic information has been updated, or changes of a technical nature were necessary.  This section of the plan details what changes have been made and when they took place.  Read on for more information about these amendments.

Kentucky State Statutes (KRS 100) require Planning Commissions to prepare a comprehensive plan which serves as a guide for public and private actions and decisions to assure the development of public and private property in the most appropriate relationships.  This plan was adopted on September 5, 2024 as the official comprehensive plan for Kenton County, Kentucky. Any amendments officially approved after September 5, 2024 will appear on this page.
